Create an online survey form without any programming

Use Excel and SpreadsheetConverter to create online surveys, polls, and customer feedback forms in a matter of minutes.

Create the form as a standard Excel spreadsheet and then let SpreadsheetConverter convert it automatically into a web page. No knowledge of HTML or programming is required. Create your web page in just four simple steps:

  1. Enter the survey questions into a new spreadsheet.
  2. Mark the cells to be used for the users responses.
  3. Adjust layout and formatting.
  4. Run the SpreadsheetConverter wizard from the Excel menu.

The resulting web page is totally self-contained. Everything is encapsulated within a single regular HTML file with embedded JavaScript.

Example: An online survey form

The screenshot on the right shows a simple survey form that could be used to gather feedback on a training course. To see the web page generated by SpreadsheetConverter click here.

Each time someone fills out the survey form and clicks on the 'Submit' button, the web page automatically sends the responses in an email.
